The Classy Men Watch Royal is a self-wind mechanical watch, which means that it doesn't require a battery. As your hand moves, the rotor inside the watch moves and creates the energy that keeps the watch running. If you don't wear your self-wind watch daily, you need to reset the time and wind the watch before use.
How to reset the time and wind a mechanical watch?
- Pull out the crown
- Screw the crown anti-clockwise to the current time
- Push the crown back
- Turn the crown clockwise until you feel the resistance (about 10-15 rounds)
Stop winding the watch when you feel the resistance. If you overwind the watch, the spring might break.
